Challenge

Birth House Goods needed direction to determine which of their numerous designs should be included in the launch of their brand while staying within budget and maintaining their brand message.

Solution

Sewhaus Agency analyzed each design based on style, utility, fabric, and target market, comparing each design and colorway to the brand’s mission. Sewhaus Agency also gave the client a behind-the-scenes look at the digital patterning process enabling them to asses each style and the unique time requirement for each sku.

Result

Based on the months of factory sourcing, material research and sourcing, paired with the analytical data found, Birth House Goods launched with one staple piece made from soft cotton linen, avoiding the more expensive and time-consuming styles. This decision saved them thousands of dollars while creating and maintaining a focus on the core mission and values.
