Janine was born and raised in Los Angeles. Being in the fashion and design world all her life, she began a brand - struggling to navigate the manufacturing process. After years of trial and error she found herself working for one of Los Angeles’ leading garment manufacturers. Many years later, Janine Launched her own fully vertical garment factory, ( “The Sewhaus”), manufacturing and launching hundreds of brands both established and new. Today, Janine leverages her extensive knowledge and experience to navigate brands and corporations through the intricate processes of development and production.

An Idea

What began as a vision for change took shape when Janine, drawing from her experience in garment manufacturing, identified gaps in the industry. She dedicated 2019 to researching, networking, and refining her concepts. This year of gathering insights and building connections laid the groundwork for her official launch, as she prepared to offer her services to the public.

Launching April 9th, 2020, just a month after the onset of the global pandemic, many viewed this as a risky decision. However, Janine recognized that many creatives who "never had time" to launch their clothing collections now had the opportunity to do so. Thus, she embarked on a mission to transform the process of turning ideas into reality, establishing as a fully verticle, sustainability first garment manufacturer, guiding brands from ideation to production.
